StemCyte maintains a public cord blood bank with broad genetic diversity. It offers a matching success rate of over 99% for Chinese patients, along with a rapid search and matching service. For StemCyte’s private banking clients, matching results are contractually guaranteed to be provided within three business days, ensuring timely support when needed.*

Global Search Support When No Match Is Found in StemCyte’s Public Cord Blood Bank
If no suitable match is found in StemCyte’s global public cord blood inventory, StemCyte Taiwan will search accredited cord blood banks worldwide and obtain a suitably matched cord blood unit for the client, with coverage of up to USD 35,000.

10× Project Fee Compensation If No Suitable Match Is Found Worldwide
If no suitable match is available from any accredited cord blood bank worldwide, StemCyte Taiwan is committed to compensating its private banking client an amount equal to 10 times the project fee.
( Matching success is defined as a match of at least four out of six HLA alleles based on low-resolution HLA typing of Class I and Class II human leukocyte antigens (HLA). )
