Stakeholder Engagement

StemCyte’s stakeholders include shareholders, employees, customers, suppliers, government/regulatory authorities, and local communities. To advance sustainable development, we seek to understand stakeholder perspectives and establish open, transparent, and effective communication channels. Through multiple channels—on both a regular and ad-hoc basis—we engage and consult with stakeholders to understand their expectations of StemCyte and to conduct impact assessments on topics of concern, which inform the Company’s future corporate social responsibility policies and related plans. The status of stakeholder engagement is reported to the Board of Directors annually; the 2025 engagement status was reported to the Board on August 12, 2025.
