Workplace diversity and equality

The promotion, salary, promotion and remuneration of the Company’s employees are based on their job category, academic experience, professional knowledge and skills, professional experience and personal performance, and do not differ due to factors such as age, gender, and race. The company integrates gender balance into all human resources practices, with an average of 65.5% of female employees and 60% of all executives as of August 31, 2024. The company believes that having more women in charge will strengthen the company’s inclusive culture, promote gender balance, make better decisions and innovate, and increase employee satisfaction.
