Safe Working Environment

Employee Work Environment and Personal Safety

Establish a dedicated unit to manage labor safety and health matters, conduct automatic inspections and workplace environment assessments, and continuously improve various health and safety measures. This ensures the creation of a safe, healthy, comfortable, and friendly work environment. Organize safety and health education, training, awareness campaigns, and drills to effectively enhance employees’ awareness, knowledge, and responsiveness to operational safety, thereby ensuring the personal safety of employees.

COVID-19 Prevention Measures

Formulate comprehensive COVID-19 prevention measures, contingency plans, work-from-home policies, and employee health management mechanisms. The measures include:

  • Regularly enhancing disinfection of office areas
  • Utilizing video conferencing and remote work systems, with employee groupings and flexible work hours to reduce office density
  • Providing alcohol-based hand sanitizers at office entrances, exits, and in meeting rooms
  • Supplying employees with protective gear such as masks and goggles
  • Offering rapid test kits for employees to perform self-testing if needed
  • Establishing a self-reporting system to monitor employees’ health status daily

Operational performance is reflected in employee compensation.

The company’s articles of incorporation stipulate that when the company has annual pre-tax profits before deducting employee and director compensation, at least 1% of the profits must be allocated to employee compensation. However, if there are accumulated losses (including adjustments to undistributed earnings), the required amount must be reserved in advance to cover these losses. In addition to a fixed monthly salary, the overall compensation structure includes performance bonuses, achievement bonuses, and year-end bonuses, allowing employees to share in the company’s operational success.
